About Our Menu
We offer a kaiseki course meal that expresses Japanese culture through the seasons.
The 10-course menu changes monthly, using carefully selected ingredients from the finest producers in Mie Prefecture.
We value the best of the season’s ingredients and look forward to serving you with dishes that will bring you closer to the farmers and food producers of Mie, who provide us with the raw materials with which to create your meal. We hope you will join us in, cherishing each moment and every encounter.
We will do our best to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and halal requests, so please do not hesitate to contact us beforehand if you have any dietary restrictions.
