Accessibility Information for Guests Using Wheelchairs

At Ise Sueyoshi, we sincerely welcome all guests and would like to help you enjoy your dining experience as comfortably as possible.

As our restaurant is located in an older building, it is important for us to share honest information in advance so you can decide whether visiting us will be comfortable for you.

Entrance & Building Access

Our restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of a building facing Gaien Nishi Street.

Please note that the entrance to the building includes a slope and steps. For guests using wheelchairs, assistance from our staff is required at this point.

Elevator

An elevator is available in the building; however, it is relatively small.

There may be limited space for a wheelchair and an accompanying person, and assistance may be necessary.

The entrance aisle is approximately 80 cm wide.

Inside the Restaurant

Inside the restaurant, there are several steps and level differences.

The pathways are narrow, and the layout is not fully barrier-free. Moving around the restaurant may require assistance from our staff.

Restroom

Please be aware that our restroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Traveling in Tokyo with a Wheelchair

Compared to many cities around the world, Tokyo still has limited barrier-free infrastructure, especially in areas with older buildings.

As a result, traveling by wheelchair may take more time than expected due to stairs, slopes, long distances within stations, or limited elevator access.

For this reason, we kindly recommend allowing extra time when traveling to our restaurant.

Arrival Time

For guests using wheelchairs, our staff prepares and waits in advance to assist with your arrival.

We kindly ask that you arrive with sufficient time, as delays may affect other guests’ dining experience.

伊勢すえよしでは、すべてのお客様にできる限り快適にお食事を楽しんでいただきたいと考えております。ご来店前に詳細な情報をお伝えすることで、安心してご判断いただければと思っております。

建物入口・アクセスについて

当店は外苑西通り沿いの建物3階にございます。

建物の入口には坂道と段差（階段）があり、車椅子をご利用のお客様にはスタッフによる介助が必要となります。

エレベーターについて

建物内にはエレベーターがございますが、サイズは比較的小さめです。

車椅子1台と付き添いの方でのご利用の場合、スペースに余裕がなく、介助が必要となる場合がございます。

店内について

店内には複数の段差があり、通路も狭くなっております。

完全なバリアフリー構造ではないため、店内移動の際にはスタッフのサポートが必要となる場合がございます。

お手洗いについて

誠に恐れ入りますが、当店のお手洗いはバリアフリー対応ではございません。

東京での車椅子移動について

東京は歴史ある建物や街並みが多く、世界の他都市と比べると、バリアフリーの整備が十分でないエリアも多くございます。

そのため、階段や坂道、駅構内の移動距離、エレベーターの数などにより、車椅子での移動には想像以上に時間がかかる場合がございます。

ご来店の際は、どうぞお時間に余裕をもってお越しいただくことをおすすめいたします。

ご来店時間について

車椅子をご利用のお客様の場合、スタッフが事前に準備を整え、到着をお待ちしております。

大幅な遅れが生じた場合、他のお客様への影響が出ることがございますため、何かございましたら事前にご連絡をいただけますと幸いです。
