Menu November 2025

(23rd October~ 19th November)

Foliage on Plate

Just as the mountain ridges are dyed in brocade, red and gold flutter down onto the table.
Our fukiyose hassun—an appetizer course inspired by fallen leaves gathering in a sheltered nook—carries the season to you.
A lift of yuzu on the clear broth brightens the final sip.
Chestnuts glide like silk across the tongue; the gentle sweetness of persimmon and the lingering warmth of sweet potato softly tie the autumn scene together, while the refined savor of Spanish mackerel gives each plate its poise.
With vessels that echo autumn maple and ginkgo, we layer the colors of the season—for the eye and the senses—inviting you to savor Japan’s late-autumn delights.
